Tracking in Schools: Your Task
It is April of 2013 and you are the Student Council President at your high school. You have the unique opportunity to have a meeting with your principal once a month to discuss controversial issues throughout your school. As Student Council President, it is your responsibility to represent your fellow classmates. This month, many people are discussing curriculum redesign for next year and the "hot topic" is whether or not next year's classes should be tracked based on students' academic ability. You need to be prepared to discuss this issue with your principal next week!
